OK, this might be a tough one. A touch on the shoulder or the arm is definitely OK, a touch on the breast is definitely not OK in normal, social conversation. What do you consider the most "sexy" place a man could touch you and come across as warm, friendly and even desiring you, but not come across as overtly sexual or offensive?

Just holding my hand is good. You should do some research on different types of hand-holding and hand-shaking. Politicians make an art of this.

Small of the back when being guided into a room.
It's on the edge of being overt but the right guy could get away with it.
If a guy has some desire for you and you have absolutely none for him, there's no where he could touch you that would be acceptable. :)
If there were no strong feelings one way or another towards the guy, I think the most you could do is arm or shoulder.
But if you think there's potential there and are getting some signals, small of the back is the way to go. Very light, guiding touch.

The back of my neck. A very private place, because no one ever touches the back of your neck for any reason in social settings, but a light brushing with the fingers, or blowing on it sends me a definite signal....and my body definitely responds to that!

The hand, it is one of the most sensative and endering. We have more nerve endings in our fingertips then anywhere on our body. It conveys concern, warmth, understanding, friendship, caring, and just a quick squeeze says a whole lot without any words at all.

A "sexy touch" for me if i was attracted to him and he to me i'd like it very much if he put his hand on my hip bone softly and in good taste for some strange reason a touch on my hip bones drivers me wild. and lets me know he is interested. Or if you don't know one another well maybe just a hand on the lower back at the pants line. very sexy!

Hand holding is very good. I think you can put a lot into holding hands, emotions, looking into the eyes with a squeeze, kissing the hand. If you get reactions then progress (or digress) from there.

I hold my gal pals by putting my arm around their neck and tilting my head touching hers. I've never had any complaints.
