"Netzah" does not mean victory. It means eternity.

The correct translation is:
nit-sa-HON ניצחון
(with the accent on "HON")

It looks like "netsach" is the word you're looking for, but the bottom line is "shalom." If the ceasefire holds until the multi-national forces arrive (within a year!), "shalom" will mean victory for both sides!
