He has down syndrome. That why his skin is not leathery. It's furry instead.
AAwww poor thing.
Plus he has no teeth... All he can do is try to suck the children to death and when he leans over, he falls. You can tell when he is about to get a kid when he leans over and starts flaping his arms to keep from falling over.

As you can see Braney's mouth does not close nor does it moves when he talk's there for he can not chew them. But i noticed he likes to touch them a hole lot.
