I like Valhalla better, I think... it's such a prettier word, rolls off the tongue quite nicely! Thanks Ed! Now when a Christian tells me to go to hell, I'll just tell them I can't because I have reservations for Valhalla... :)

Uh, but yeah... proof would be nice. Without some proof for the person that doesn't believe, it's rather the same as taking any other book and threatening someone with its content.

Say.... Lord of the Rings...

Marky, if you don't believe in Eru (Iluvatar), then upon death you shall be given over to the balrog to perish in fire in the depths of the caves beneath the Misty Mountains. And you won't emerge from there as Marky the White, either. It'll be for-e-ver. So you better just believe what I believe, mister!

Oh... but remember... Eru (Iluvatar) loves you!

If a Christian sends you to hell, that is not too Christian of them.

A pagan dies, and suddenly he finds himself on the portal to heaven, he tells St. Peter "There must be a mistake, I'm pagan I'm suppose to go to the Summerlands" to what St. Peter answers "The Summerlands are been repaired, you don't belong here, go to hell; take those stairs down". The pagan takes the stairs and to his amazement he goes into a place where there is music, drinks, sort of like going to Hawaii. "Excuse me, am I in Hell?" "Yes, how can I help you" said the devil. "I was sent here because the Summerlands are been repaired". "Come in; all are welcome". At that time the pagan hears a scream getting closer, out of the nowhere the floors opens to a sea of fire and a person falls in. "What was that?!" ask the pagan to the devil. "A christian; they won't have it any other way"

HA, Ha, ha...

No real Christian wishes anyone to hell. Every Christian desires that all might be saved. The Bible teaches us that the world is already under condemnation through the sin of Adam, and that we are all in need of salvation through Jesus Christ in order to escape the consequences of that condemnation, which we call hell.

It is a hard teaching and it causes Christians much grief to think that anyone would go to hell.

But we know that God desires that all men would come to him.
And in that hope we try to persuade men to come to God.

Jesus had never wished those who do not accept his teaching to hell. His wish is that all can be live righteously with love for each other. If the master do not practise such thing, then those who who claimed to be his followers must do the same. Those who do not follow his ways are not of his fruit - they must be followers of the false teachers. Matt.7:15 -18 "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognise them. Do people pick grapes from thorn-bushes, or fig from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit."
He came to save and not to judge. He reminds his followers to be the salt (salt is used for preservation - make peace and not war) and the light (set good examples for others to follow) of this world. Sadly, this fundamental teaching is throw into the trash by many who claimed to be his fellowers - instead self righteousness, prosperity, power of healings, even beauty (like the glow on the face of Moses) are being preached. Throughout the Bible - God message is to treat others with love. Warning of sufferings for not doing so. The many stories in the Bible is not to glorify any man or give believers justifications for their sel righteous actions but to warn man of the consequences of their wrong doings.

Great question

Christians haven't got a leg to stand on...their own teachings believe in forgiveness anhd that it absolves you of all sins..so go crazy, shoot people, then say sorrry: straight to heaven...get in!

To a proper theologan however, rather than the usual retards that have been to sunday school that are on Y!A, hell is a very tricky subject to confirm or deny one way or another, its existence is rather more philosophical in nature

How can we no longer have evidence? replaced into Jesus fake? replaced into his resurrection no longer witnessed? replaced into his miracles no longer recorded? Has the Bible ever, one time been shown incorrect? With a international of God haters over one thousand's of years, do no longer you think of somebody could have shown it a farce by utilising now. If Jesus replaced into in elementary terms a guy, or on no account existed why is that this room and one thousand's of alternative rooms continuously speaking a pair of guy that replaced into undesirable and a lier and in elementary terms lived to be 33? on no account had a military yet leaders feared him. faith? How no longer undemanding is it to believe interior the only actual factor primary to exist for eternity?

I am sorry for the one who wished you to hell. that is not a christian thing to do nor is it nice. I do not feel tat I have to prove anything to those who do not wish to believe. That is their choice and I respect that. I will tell of my faith and share the love of the Lord, but I will not judge for I do not want to be judged by God. He states to judge not lest you be so judged. I have enough to answer for myself I do not need anyones elses. Have a good day.

A christian would get mad at you, pray for your soul, but not wish you to hell, no christian would do that. There's a good many false christians out there in cyber land.

In the first place, I would wonder that this person was a Christian. I mean, we are supposed to be wishing people to heaven, not hell.

A true God fearing christian would not wish anyone to hell. They would try to give you the information you need to accept Jesus into your heart so that your soul would be spared from hell.
