I have very straight and fine hair. I need something done to my hair.

I think it's best to go with the natural texture of your hair rather than trying to drastically change it and risk major damage. Be yourself.

It doesn't matter whether it's in style or not- you shouldn't get a perm. Everyone I know whose had one regrets it and says their hair was never the same after they had one- it was never as soft or shiny as before. Instead, try getting a short cut- your hair won't be as weighed down, so it won't be as thin. Also, try a volumizing shampoo. Ask your hair stylist for more tips for thicker hair.

Maybe soft curls (not like a million little ones, more like a few big ones) are popular, but frizzy hair or curls like that girl witch from Harry Potter are not very popular. I would say straight hair is the new 'in' thing.

Hell no, not for black gurls cause our hair need to stay straight. How do you think our hair stay looking pretty? Perms are always gonna stay in style.

I think if u want a perm then u should get one, never mind if it's in or out of style, if u fancy getting a perm then go for it. who knows u might start a new trend! :)

Tight kinky perms yes. Body waves that gives your hair a natural looking body wave is always in. Looking like you just stuck your finger in a light socket is always out...lol =)

No to the perm! Go to your hair stylist and ask her to help you.

tight curls are deffiendlty out of style but lose curls are great but i wouldn't get a perm if i was you i would just curl it myself and that way if you don't like it you can always straighten it ok cyaz xx

I have noticed that more and more woman are going natural or with braids so I feel that time is repeating itself and so yes perms are out

I think they are out of style.....but one thing is for sure, they will take the style out of your hair. They are soooo damaging to your hair that it's almost not worth getting one!
