Well, I would say you would be able to tell.. Do you see how he is with other girls? if hes treats them the same way as you.. well it mite just be how he is with women.. OR if he treats them differently.. id say go for it hunnie.. hes definatly into you..
And if you cant tell that way.. well if he treats you really nicely and compliments you and gets kinda flirty.. he likes you.. but some guys will do the opposite.. and they will hit you(like punch you in the arm alot or something) or they will make fun of u a lot..
And if u STILL dont know.. Well ur best option is to ask.. lol

Im a man and he likes you you should go and ask him out on a date, if he is giving alot of signs he likes you, try asking him out to a movie or something, but guys are weird because we don't like to make the first move, we'll give alot of signs, maybe ask one of his friends hope this helps

It's all in the body language. Is there eye contact?, does he touch you alot? Does he laugh at your jokes? Does he spend alot of time looking at you? Does he make excuses to be around you? Does he always go to great lengths to impress you?
These are the usual signs.

Drop into the conversation that you or you and your friends are going out somewhere at a set time and say it would be fun if he (he and is friends) came along too and see if he turns up.

telephone calls, less eye contact if there is it will be diffrent from the normal,if he does what u ask him promptly,behaving abit diffrent when around you,pretending to be ingnoring at times.
