Wow, that's a new one. Look in any open field, or under anyone's porch or deck in your neighborhood, and you'll likely find a litter of homeless kittens.
Why don't you spay and neuter your cats and adopt a homeless kitten, instead of making more kittens who need homes?

There is no good reason for your cats to mate. Let nature take its course. What a waste to bring more cats into the world when our pounds kill so many cats every day.

My spayed lady cat grow to be attacked by technique of a ginger tom. i do not recognize what actually got here about yet she got here operating in and after I picked her up she peed all down me, ran upstairs, pooped as she bumped into my bedroom and then concealed less than the quilt shaking all evening. to assert she grow to be petrified is an understatment. That grow to be about 3 hundred and sixty 5 days in the past and she is by no skill been the same when you consider that and has now been prescribed valium and anti-depressants. My personal feeling is this male cat "raped" her. i recognize an rather good type of human beings will discover this ridiculous yet I checked her over and she had no actual wounds yet this cat has had such an undesirable effect on her. What else might want to he have executed to her to make her the form of worried smash? He might want to come into my backyard each now and back and we'd want to target to scare him away yet everytime he appeared my cat Piper might want to finally end up shaking less than the quilt back. fortunately he's no longer been round for a lengthy time period

they will when they are ready. a female cat will only ecept a male when she is in heat. if the male is inexperienced it can take a while before they will breed successfully. I've noticed people have said they wont do it when your about. This is NOT true. Cats are not Shy AND WILL do it in front of ya and several times a day. The female will make lots of noise and she may actually harm your male as they tend to attack the male straight after.

Get them fixed. There are so many beautiful and wonderful cats out there that needs homes. There is no need for more. Espcially if you are not trying to breed them to make a certain breed of cat better. If you want to have kittens, go adopt some. Its not a good reason to breed.

why do you want them to mate? do you already have homes that you know will take the kittens when they are old enough? if you don't you may want to think about that before you start trying to get your cats to mate. go to your local shelters and look at all the unwanted cats and kittens and decide if you want to add to that.

I am assuming that you have checked to make sure of there gender. It could just be that the female has not gone into heat. If the female goes into heat they will mate, it is just in there nature.

When your female is in heat she will except your male but not before, please just let nature takes it's coarse, and leave well enough alone, when the time is right they will do the deed, why you want little kittens is beyond me they are so difficult to find homes for. But if that is what you want good luck
