You can't not believe in any philosophical concept. Even if you don't know which one, or you don't follow a predetermined philosophical set, everyone has a personal philosophy.
But you'd be an atheist.

You didn't say if you believe in God or not? If you do, sounds like you kinda lean toward being a deist, if not, then an atheist...
but I'm not too sure about the philosophical part?
