The answer depends on how much you want to eat, calories-wise. You could have 10 tortilla chips, or an apple. You could have 20 almonds or peeled and sliced jicama. Get it?
That said, I almost always would prefer to eat more than less, so the 20 almonds would never work for me. And realize that snacks with protein (eggs, nuts, meat, chicken, cheese, beans, tofu) will make you feel full for longer. Same thing for snacks with a lot of fiber- they'll make you feel fuller longer.
If you dont have high chloresterol, eggs can be a good snack. Hummus with carrot and celery sticks is also good. Cheese and crackers (in moderation), cottage cheese and fruit, bean dip on veggies, chicken wraps, etc.
Sugar free jello is also good, and skinny cow ice cream bars too.
Good luck.

It doesn't matter what flavor yogurt you eat, they all contain the same amounts of fat and calories. As for fruits, bananas, apples, blueberries, strawberries and melons are all good for you and don't forget the raw vegetables. But the best thing is water and a lot of it. Good luck

strawberries, kiwi, grapes, peaches, apples with peanut butter, bannanas, wheat crackers with cheese, carrots, celerys with peanut butter, and raw sunflower seeds with no salt(the best), rasins and peanuts mixed, walnuts and juices. I am sure that there are alot more but I can't think of any right now. The reason for the peanut butter is because its a protien so It will hold you over for a long time. hope this helps!
