That should be normal. Especially in cats like persians. They sell those moist towelettes for cat eyes for when they secrete or get watery. Try that - see how that works - if its excessive constantly then maybe go to the vet

Little baby kittens it is normal... because the mom licks there eyes and keeps them clean. I do not know how old your cat is but I would say it wouldn't hurt for you to call a vet to see what they think.

Not usually. How old is your kitten. It could be to young to be away from it's mother. She would keep the eyes clean. If it gets real bad or a crust builds, you will need to take him to a Vet. You could take a damp wash clothes. And gently wipe his eyes, try doing it a few times a day, maybe that will help.

not really. Kittens get respiratory viruses very easily - so I'd call the vet and get her on some antibiotics before it gets any worse. I am fostering a 8 mo old cat that was allowed to have kitten, and they are all sick with a cold and on medicine

Actually my cats eyes watered when she was a kitten. It should go away on it's on. It use to look like she was going to cry. We took her to the vet but he wasn't to concerned. He ran test and she was fine. I think is was because of how young she was.
