That is so funny, I just finished two migas tacos on corn tortillas. That's what I have for breakfast every Wednesday. (safety meeting day) My favorite breakfast is an omelet with cheese and pico de gallo.

Try zip-lock omelettes. Everyone enjoys eating them and they are easy to make. could be for one or twenty,
Have guests write their name on a quart size ziplock freezer bag, with a permanent marker.
Crack two eggs ( large or extra large ) into the bag ( no more than two) shake to combine them.
Put out a variety of ingredients such as; cheese,ham,onion,grren pepper,tomato,salsa etc.
Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shakes it. Make sure the air is out of the bag and zip it.
Place the bags into rolling,boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6 to 8 in a large pot.
For more, make another pot of boiling water.
Open the bags and the Omellette will roll out easily right on their plate.
Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.
Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake. Every one gets involved in the process.

My favorite breakfast is Two eggs over easy on whole wheat toast (no butter) and crispy, well done, corned beef hash.
I hated it until I got pregnant for the first time and love it ever since.

I'm not much of a breakfast person, but I do love those nutri-grain blueberry bars and a good nice big bowl of lucky charms or pops with ice cold milk.

Strawberry french toast. It's the best! We use the thick bread, strawberry cream cheese between two pieces, then cook like you normally wood french toast, top with strawberries. The kids love it!
