well people get annoyed when they wash their cars and it rains, why should it be any different for rain coats?

Simply because it's a raincoat, doesn't mean it cannot or will not get dirty, on the outside or the inside...the rain doesn't keep it clean...

Because after i gave my gf a forced abortion with a rusty coat hanger my raincoat was covered in fetus goo.
