You just have to look at the world around you, read the Bible and you will see that everything Christ prophesised is actually happening. Only a coward will say there is no God because they don't have the guts to give up the material things they class as important, rather than be living a life with Christ. They have no knowledge and have no personal experiance with Jesus Christ, who will save you and give you eternal life. God is first and foremost in my life, I have had near death experiences, in the Army and afterwards and this was after I became a Christian, so nothing can destroy my faith. People believe what they want to believe and it takes a real Man or Woman to take a stand for Christ.

If you have had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, people will have no doubt as to how real He is. Remember you can go to the graves of all those who claim to be God and dig up their bodies, but go to Christ's tomb and it's empty, because He rose from the dead and is alive today.

So yes, God is real, I am far from being the perfect Christian, but He still loves me and has answered all my prayers. I never start or end the day without prayer, the Christians most powerful weapon. "Faith, Hope and Love, but the greatest of these is love".

There is no such thing as an atheist, because if and when they face a life or death experiance, guess who they call upon.....?

I am a non believer as what I do believe is that every religion has been made up or created by someone or organisation over time and as such cannot be believed as true. In short, I think every religion started as a cult, and some came good and are now the major religions we know today.

I don't believe in any god simply because I find the idea ridiculous, but I don't deny that there could be a god, or several.

Saying that, I do have a small amount of admiration for someone who has faith even if I do feel superior to them because I don't have to waste all that time praying and going to religious services.

I am an atheist. I was raised a Baptist though and then was an eclectic wiccan for a number of years. I've studied many religious texts - read the bible more than once, the quran, the torah, the talmud, the book of mormon, eastern philosophy, many books on paganism etc.. I have talked with many people of many different faiths as to exactly what they believe and why. I have also talked with college professors at both secular and religious universities on the subject of theology (Uconn, Yale, Boston College, Duke, Syracuse universities). Given the evidence before me I came to the conclusion that deities don't exist and its more sociological than actually religious.

I don't tell anyone what they should believe, that is for themselves and themselves only to decide. I do not label people by their belief system but rather by the person they are and the character they hold. My family is still christian of varying denominations and my husband is an Anglican (Church of England). My family respects my right to my beliefs and I respect theirs and there is never any conflict where that is concerned.

I'm a non-Christian or ex-Christian if you prefer. But non-believer doesn't describe me. I believe in Deity, my Goddess and God. I choose this path because it is right for me, it gives me the spirituality and the completeness in my soul that I yearned for while following the Christian way. And before anyone says I didn't read the bible enough or try hard enough or have enough faith....well I did. But through everything, I still did not feel whole inside, I felt kind of like some part of my life was missing.
Now, I follow the Old Religion or Paganism if you like. My faith and belief are complete and I feel joyous inside. If you find that joy in being Christian, then I am very happy for you. I have found joy and spirituality in the Old Religion. Blessings to your hearth!

I am a christian but not a perfect one because i still have things to sort out in my life like this issue of sex before marriage.

I love the Lord and truly i am not following his word as i have mentioned above.

Yes I am trying to do what the Lord wants but i come up short.

I am trying, but constantly failing to serve the Lord because i will just start to count on my failure and disappointment so this will lead me to discouragement and start to loose faith.

Well. No one is perfect as we all know this. However, I do know God personally and have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal saviour. I put the Lord first in everything that I do,as I know if I do this,my life will be rewarded for the good deeds and the good decisions I make. I do make mistakes, but everyone does. Although once I make them, I learn from them and turn them into blessings. Blessings come in many forms. I can say without a doubt that the Lord has blessed me in my life and continues to do so. I worship him and praise him daily. I have a strong connection to the Lord and I know things that the Bible speaks about has come to pass and others are well on its way! If I lead one person to accept Jesus Christ into their life, I will be rewarded and had accomplished what I intended to do. Believing is having faith and faith is believing. Just because we can not SEE God, does not mean he is not there or real. You have to have the Holy spirit within you in order to have and receive the gift of knowledge. I know he's real and he is here for you and me. All we have to do, is call on him. I speak to God just as I would speak to my parents,my neighbors and my friends. I don't fear God. I honor him. The time is near my dear friends. I hope for your sake you learn about the Bible and what it tells us.

I do love the Lord and I try to follow His word. And I do fail Him a lot of times, but He still forgives me, and I know He loves me. I've dedicated my life to me, and I would do anything for Him. My faith and love for Him grows each day ;)

I'm a non believer (of any organised religion anyway)

Quite honestly - I don't know whether there is a 'GOD', as I haven't seen any solid evidence either way.

What I believe is in karma or a similar idea. Basically put, you should make yourself happy without hurting anybody else, work for the things you want in life and essentially treat others as you would have them treat you.

What makes me un-subscribe from 'religion' is that it is consistently used to control people by 'faith' and stop them from thinking for themselves.
