We were seeing eachother for a while and talked about some really serious stuff about the future. I ended up being the one who got hurt. We work together and I don't know how I should act toward her. Should I be pissed and resentful like I feel, or keep my chin up and not let her know how bad it hurts?

Never let her see you sweat darlin. My mom once told me the best revenge is to look good and never let them see you sad. Some people feel bad when they hurt you but most people don't. If you're looking fine every time she sees you, she'll doubt her own importance to you and may even become re-interested. But don't fall for it. Keep yourself up and you may attract attention elsewhere. Imagine how that will sting!

Take the high road!! Be polite and kind and try not to give sorrowful looks. It is tough but you prevent her from being able to trash talk you or have a very unneeded scene at work
