I am now 36 and started having cellulite on the back of my thighs early in my 30's. I know think I look better at this age than in my 20's. Never eat out if at all possible where there is a kids menu. I bought a TREK bike and if I need to go anywhere I go on my bike. It means getting on it and not being lazy and getting into a car. Once you start it seems like the most natural thing to do. Feel sexy and you'll work harder on being that.

Walking tones beautifully; but, if you want a quick "tone", apply some of that 'fake-bake' on your legs and they will look more toned than without. Doesn't take long walking about a mile a day; maybe a couple of weeks.

I am no longer in my 30's but when I was, I did it. By walking and exercise. I had a job as a housekeeper in a hospital back then and that was quite a workout. Walking is one of the best ways to get your legs in shape - fast!!

Are you familiar with Gym equipment? I recommend the Elliptical machine 30 min. your first week, 45 min. for two more weeks, and up to an hour there after. It is OK if you skip two to three days a week but if you exercise daily you'll see faster results.

I am 50, and my legs are nicely toned. I walk, ride bikes, climb, do aerobics. Inner thigh exercises are key!
