I agree with the suggestions the others made but want to add a few things.
1. You might need to gradually up your exercise routine, or you may plateau and stop loosing weight. You should either add a bit of time each week or do something to make your exercise more strenous (like up your pace or walk somewhere hilly...)
2. Another thing that I have read is not to eat within 3 hours of your normal bedtime. Your metabolism slows while you sleep, so if you eat a snack before bed I guess you pack on the pounds.
3. Eat breakfast. Oatmeal or high fiber cereal with skim milk is good.
Good luck. I am in a similar position and have been working on eating better and getting more exercise, trying to make a lifestyle change rather than go on a diet.
I think you can reasonably expect to lose a pound a week. At the beginning you often lose more, but later in a diet you may lose less per week.

Cardio 3 days a week and weight train the other 2. If you want something sweet, (if you like honey) drizzle some on fresh fruit. That is a nice treat. Or you could melt some low fat peanut butter and dip apple slices in it.
Sorry I like food and do not like to be deprived. If you feel you need some chocolate, eat a fun size bar ( you know the kind you give out at Halloween) You get your chocolate, but not 1/2 the calories.
Good luck!

It sounds like you are doing all the right things, but there is no formula to tell how much weight a person will lose in a certain length of time. That will all depend on height, gender and your bodies genetic tendancies for weight control.
As one more suggestion...don't forget a healthy daily intake of water.
Good Luck!

You are doing the right stuff. Make sure your workout is cardio. Go on a low carb diet. Limit your pasta, rice, and potatoes. You will also want to eat more calories per day. If you only intake 1500 calories, your metabolism will slow drastically.
Good luck

To answer this question you would have to know how many calories it takes you to stay at a constant weight doing the same amount of exercise.
There is no magic formula. Everyone's body is different.
It sounds like youre on the right track. keep up the good work but watch the low calories.
