The Jewish people believe Jesus a prophet (I was told this) and not the Messiah . Jesus is for all people who wish to love and forgive. Find your answer in your heart.

FINALLY... Someone who understands the entire point of all of it!
Jesus WAS A JEW!
Praise God! There is spiritually intelligent life out there after all.
Don't ever allow a Christian make you believe that you should ever have to give up your Judaism to be saved. It is just not true.
and never let the Jews guilt you into thinking you are wrong. They will see the truth in the end if it is in their heart to do so.
But as for the peace and the joy... I'm working on it... not very good at either at this point, unfortunately. I love that you have still retained your joy and your inner peace, that beauty shines in your words.
Pray for me okay? I do tend to be an angry little bugger!
Peace be with you always and with Israel. Shalom.

I have true peace and joy in my heart, and I know the bible is a collection of mythological tales invented by ancient men who wanted to coalesce a tribe of people into a state which could then declare righteous war on other tribes.
'God' is the architect of truth and science, the laws of nature and physics, the pure Cosmic energy source from which all things and people come. The bible denigrates the true 'God'.
Jesus was an Essene rabbi who was, I believe, a wise man; he taught the truth of reincarnation. Paul, the Greeks and Romans took over Christianity and changed it into a religion very similar to what we today call Greek and Roman mythology, complete with semi-divine birth, magical feats, resurrections, Hades, a hierarchy of saints, etc.

Good for you that you carry the burden of so many who reject Him. Pray for your enemies and you will be blessed abundantly! Many reject Jesus 'cos their hearts are still hardened and they are like doubting Thomas who need to see a miracle happen before they would believe although Jesus has performed many miracles in his time...That is why followers of Jesus have a heavier task of praying for them that they will repent and know the good news that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life.

You can have true peace and joy in your heart and soul and NOT be Christian, Jewish or Catholic. I do have peace in my heart because I follow the path that is right for me, I have joy in my heart because my spirituality gives me that joy and I also have serenity in my soul because my path and spirituality guides my life. I am happy that you have found true peace and joy through your beliefs, just as I have found the same in mine. Blessed be.

I have peace and joy, a sense of self-worth, knowledge of my abilities, enthusiasm for learning, a desire for truth, and anticipation for future challenges.
I have faith, but I am not religious. If your religion makes you feel good and helps you with your life, then more power to you. Live long and be happy. But there is nothing you can do that will convince me or others like me to follow words written in a storybook.

God bless you, brother. I have read quite a few testimonies like yours on here. The Jewish people are a fine people and one day regain all the land that God promised them. But you are Jewish and have accepted Jesus as the Messiah. Hallelujah.

David,
You are a christian. Stop this evil and deceptive form of missionizing. It degrades christianity.

How can it be "jewish" to believe in jesus. "Jewish" is, by defintion, what jews have historically and contemporarily believe. Since in neither scenario do we find "believing in jesus", then we must clearly realize that belief in jesus is not something "jewish". You can call it "biblical" (and still be wrong), but certainly not "jewish".

I believe Jesus' brings many blessings and true peace within me. And noone goes to the Father except through Jesus: there are a few vs. I would like you to read.. Luke13:24-30.. and too your question..
Job 22:21-23:1
21 "Submit to God and be at peace with him;
in this way prosperity will come to you.
22 Accept instruction from his mouth
and lay up his words in your heart.
23 If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored:
If you remove wickedness far from your tent
24 and assign your nuggets to the dust,
your gold of Ophir to the rocks in the ravines,
25 then the Almighty will be your gold,
the choicest silver for you.
26 Surely then you will find delight in the Almighty
and will lift up your face to God.
27 You will pray to him, and he will hear you,
and you will fulfill your vows.
28 What you decide on will be done,
and light will shine on your ways.
29 When men are brought low and you say, 'Lift them up!'
then he will save the downcast.
30 He will deliver even one who is not innocent,
who will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands."
