Gee, don't be too specific for her, guys. A "good" personality? What is that?
Key points for me:
1. She's gotta be feminine. I'm tired of dealing with women who seem to think if a guy is in any way macho then he's an asshole or if a woman is in anyway feminine she's weak. Feminity is one of the most powerful tools a woman has over a man.
2. She's gotta have confidence. Worse than anti-feminine woman are weak-willed women or women with no self-confidence or self-esteem. She's gotta have her own life, her own dreams (big or small, i don't care), her own ambitions. Her life cannot revolve around me.
3. She's gotta have a sense of humor. At least be able to take a joke and the more stuff she can take lightly or positively the better. It also helps if she's funny.
4. She's gotta be attractive. Yup. This is gonna be different for each guy, but one mistake women make is they think that every aspect of them has to be perfect, from their curves to the lint in their belly button hole. Maybe among women that's the case, but with men, it's just ONE, maybe TWO things that we focus on. The rest we don't give a rat's *** about. What those one or two things are depends on the guy (for me, it's breasts and a smile), but that's it. So focus on what you have going for you and work it.
5. Intelligence. Again, what kind of intelligence depends on the guy. Some guys like a girl who's socially savvy, other's a girl who's witty, but for me, a girl who can carry on an opinionated, but well-informed, deep, rational discussion.

it really deppends on what kind of guy you are looking for,normally guys go for someone there own size,but also personality like someone they connect with,I prefer a shorter girl but then also there are some sexy girls taller than me,from what I have heard and know myself is a guy likes curves and that is why they like females in most cases lol,they also look for a nice *** and chest size of what they prefer,every guy is different so it's kinda hard to answer properly.

hmmm when im out for a drink or 2 i usually check out the gal's bum... than the face and of course the twins :P..... but when im not half drunk...apart from the appearance.... i look for the character.... its very important....
oh and she has to be a bit of a wild gal too (very important) :D
