Beer contains Alcohol.
Small consumption of alcohol is good for cardiac system.
All alcohol have calories, they are mainly empty calories, this means any excess calories would be converted to none beneficial fat.
In case of beer it gives you a beer bailey, if it becomes excess calories.
Q. Can thin people have beer to become fat and to build body?
A. No.
Reason:
You do not want beer bailey. It is the most unhealthy and ugly kind of fat and it is most difficult to eliminate.
To build body you need to work out and put on weight that is mainly mussels. You must eat right food and exercise regularly say 6 days a wk.
Some body builders, in some cases give up exercises for 2 wks to gain quick weight, with extra vigorous regime of exercises for 4 to 6 wks.

Beer is nothing but an alcoholic beverage which contains some 5-8% alcohol,bulk quantity of water and some minerals.
If taken in large quantity it'll intoxicate you like other alcoholic drinks.
Beer like every other alcoholic drink,dialates our blood vessels and nerves and we feel a bit relaxed.It is not good to drink beer everyday,since being an alcohol it burns preferentially and the food we take along that is not burned for producing energy.Now the food will be deposited as glycogen in the liver and as fat in the adipose tissue under skin.So it is likely that thin people will develop some mass if they drink beer daily.But being alcoholic it has all the disadvantages of alcohol.So it is not good to take beer daily.

I have read that one beer a day can actually be good for you. My Dad is living proof (or so he says). He never gets drunk - he just has one beer each evening. He is 71 years old and looks like he is twenty years younger. He's very active and has a great heart.

it's bad to drink ALCOHOLIC beer everyday, but beer is made of a plant (the name of which i can't recall right now) and it helps keep your either liver or kidneys healthy. Try non-alcoholic beer if you drink everyday. you could have real beer only once or twice a week and don't over do it or drink before you eat something.

well beer is the healthiest alcohol beverage i would say...in fact studies shown that people who drink beer do not suffer kidney stones! incredible! so no prob of having it everyday...beer is made from brewed malted barley, its not so much of making u fat, but it does give u a belly if u drink too much...hey if u wanna put on weight don't rely on beer, feed urself with pizza,cream cheese cake or something....cheers!

beer is nothin but a fermented beverage made from malt of barley which is good for health .yes its good to have beer . it has 2 types lager and ale .lager is light and ale is strong.
drink beer sensabilly.

dont have beer everyday......... ur health will be affected in d long term...... u ll nt feel the eeffect of beer now but it will surely effect ur health afterwards...........
Drinking beer once a while is fine but not everyday.........
