I find that saying I Love You is much harder. Why? Well to apologize and say I am sorry is an act of sincerity that usually comes from the heart or the soul depending on the level of guilt and is only hard if you either are not sincere or you have a guilty conscience. (In most cases) And only your EGO plays a part on how hard it is for you to admit you were wrong and want another chance. But to truly say I love You and mean it....that comes from your soul and it is so hard to let another into our hearts and souls because if it goes sour it leaves a scar we live with the rest of our days. It's easy to say it but far much harder to truly open up to the meaning if you are sincere. A heart heals with time but a soul knows no boundaries when you feel hurt that deeply and you have to carry it with you always. That is why it bothers me to hear people use the phrase I Love You so loosely these days.

In all my years I am sorry has been the hardest. To start with I'm sorry normally means that you've done something that you wished you hadn't and more than likely if your saying I'm sorry it is because you've hurt someone. I love you is the best. Especially if you really do mean it. If you are a sincere person and really want to say either I am sorry or I love you they are both easy. If you don't truly mean either or your not being honest then you might have trouble getting these things said. In the end it is only best to say what you mean and not what one wants to hear.

It depends on why your saying it cause it has 2 come from your heart.I love u is harder 2 say sorry u just are saying that 2 make that person better so I guess i would say i love u

Like every single other thing in life, the answer depends. If it was your fault, then "I'm sorry" is harder to say that "I love you." (Actually "I love you" would be easy to say because then your spouse presumes you're apologizing and didn't mean your actions). If you it was your spouse's fault, saying "I love you" is harder, especially if you still really do love him although he has done some very bad things.

Pronouncing them they are both easy, but if you are putting feeling into it, I would say "I love you" is much harder to say. Mainly because if you say it first you are probably hoping that they will say it back, but if you are saying "I'm sorry" then they just have to listen and there is nothing to worry about.

it's harder to say sorry. why? everybody have they own ego and we always think that what are we doing is right, and we are the right person. that make you to wait until people to say sorry to you first.
to say I love U will depend to who you gonna say. if you want to say I love U to you parents yourbrother or your sister is not harder but it's a simple thing only becase they are your family member and its natural for everybody. but if you want to say I love U to your boyfreind that mean you already give a hope to him, you must think twise and be ready before you tell him, dont break people heart.

I don't have a problem telling the person I love "I love you". I do have a problem saying I'm sorry to anyone. That means I'm wrong about something. How can "I" be wrong? There's just no way!!!

i am sorry is harder ..
coz saying i love u comes from ur heart , and sometimes u can't notice that u already said this word ,, coz this is the only word that when it's true it said by ur heart ..
but also saying sorry doesn't have to be hard coz u have to know what u did wrong and u have to be proud to confess and admit that u r wrong and sorry ..
