Im a hair stylist too and I agree with the other woman, I love the Aussie 3 minute miracle. You can buy a packet for a couple bucks and do a treatment, then get a trim and do so regularly. Even though your hair is damaged getting a trim every 6 weeks will help prevent split ends. By a trim I mean maybe a 1/2 inch of hair. Your hair grows at least that much in a month anyway. Also try not to blow dry and use a curling Iron if you dont have to.

Do deep conditioning every week...and make sure to get it trimmed every 4-6 weeks to get the dead stuff off. It really is important as it will help new hair growth and keep split ends at bay.....It is going to take alittle time for this to work...but be patient. Maybe try a new cut....?

I use Hot Oil Treatments, then wear a pontail for a while. No
hot curls, blow drying, or stressed styles. No bleaching, dyeing
etc.

Just cut it all off, let it grow back, and quit messing with it.
