I don't know about the KEG restaurant's recipe, but that sounds like "crab rangoon", which is a very popular Chinese appetizer. Do a google for "crab rangoon recipe" and you should find it or use this link if you can: chinesefood.about.com/od/partyappetizers/p/crabrangoon.htm
I have one in my cook book that calls for crab, cream cheese, some seasonings, and wonton wrappers if you still can't find one you like.
