Traditionally, speeches are made by The Brides Father, The Groom and The Best Man, however, it is becoming more common place for other people to be included as appropriate, the most usual being The Bride herself to make a speech of her own. To follow formalities, the speeches should follow the meal and prior to the cutting of the cake. Your Best Man should be able to introduce these speeches in an appropriate and skilful manner. If there are any doubts, you may wish to consider employing a professional Toastmaster or Master of Ceremonies to conduct the entire reception

I think it is the groom, the father of the bride and then the best man but is has been a while since i have been to a wedding so not dead sure!
