You are nervous in reality and you are losing control. That is probably what it means when you bit down your teeth and tore it out from the gum.
You didn't have full detail on why you had that in your dream, it is not easy to analyze what it means. That is the surface explanation.

i'm uncertain touching directly to the gum chewing and all that yet dreaming of tooth is an emblem of the turning out to be older technique because it pertains to adulthood.additionally can image aggression. The section the place the gum get caught on your tooth could mean that a difficulty you have been having would quickly be solved.

I understand that dreams with overtones of dental problems relate to subconscious anxiety about finances. As for the tearing loose, I am betting you are going through a job change, move, or divorce?

I have dreams all the time that my teeth are hurting and falling out. I asked my dentist about it, and he said since I'm a mouth breather, my mouth is probably hurting so I dream about it.
