Check the recent issues of the British Medical Journal. Those most successful do it cold turkey and they may mention something about support groups but not sure. Good luck it is a difficult habit to break.

Your best answer is to try different groups. If you aren't able to quit your first time trying, just keep at it. The main thing is do you want to quit just to quit, or do you want to "really" quit.

Don't be a dip! Just go cold turkey. It has better results.

if you really wanted to quit, you would quit - instead of wining and looking for a group of winers to "support" you.
Stop buying it
Stop using it
