Not weird at all .. they say its a thin line between love and hate .. and if you think about the adrenalin rushing in an argument its easy to see how it could turn you on ..
Also, the usual reason for a heated argument is that you both CARE and this is a prime driver for you know what ;)
As long as this isnt the ONLY time you do it and you dont deliberately row to get it started then all should be fine .. enjoy yourselves :)

so whats the problem? go ask him why the hell theres no milk in the fridge, and throw in a swear word or two and get it on. lol. a lot of people have angry sex. lots of people love it. just make sre you dont go too far. then after you guys have had angry sex about the milk lok at him and whisper we're out of milk. whispering can be so sexy. and he could get angry that you want to have sex again and .... oh dear, just make sure guys never get booked in for anger management classes. lol
