If you say "yes because I could choose to not listen to God" have you ever not listened to God when he offered his advice to you? If you haven't ever NOT listened to God, then are you really even capable of doing what you want and not doing what God is telling you to do?

Granted this is one line of thinking that not everyone may have. If you said No to the initial question then you're in the clear.

Its another flaw in the christian-based religions.

It says god we are all but following "gods will" so technically all we would be where I forbid christianity to be true little puppets in some twisted game.

Yes, it was my choice in the first place, and yes I can choose not to listen to God. Sometimes I do which I always regret because God knows best. I have free will to do what I want, and what I want to do I try to line up with what God wants me to do.

Yes it does. Yes I have free will, because I might not choose what God tell me to do...This is free will.
For example, The Bible say, Get angry, but in your angry do not sin; don't let the sun go down while you are still angry, and don't give the devil a foothold.
I, and only me have the choice to go to bed angry, or let it go...
And you know, I have let go the anger now, and I am am happier now...and feel better.
Before I stay with this anger days and days..
SO I practise my free will, but then realise, that letting God act in my life was better for me...then why not do it..
It work for me!
have a nice free will day!

God influence in our daily life but it is your free will to choose to go on which His influence or to reject it and face the consequences..

I went so many times on my own will away from God but God never gets angry will me and still waits and waits on me to come back now I am on God's side and it doesn't mean I am not neglect some of God's advice, But God waits patiently to every one to come and commune with Him that why Bible calls God as " Long Suffering God"

I Love God for He sufferes for my transgressions

next time I try not to avoid Him

Well if you have never experienced God's love, you will beleive that God's laws are too tedious to follow. Christians exersize free will, but they choose to follow God.

Why do you think the devil even exists? God grants free will to his creations, Lucifer decided to rebel.

To get you in this mind of thinking, if you love somebody soo much, you would love doing their will. You would gladly do anything for this person, even die for them. As such Christians feel toward their loving Saviour.

God gave us free will to either choose to follow Him and accept His son Jesus as our savior. Or to choose not to accept Jesus and to deliberately disobey God, and remain the property of satan.
That is what our free will is. Rewards come with obeying God, and punnishments come to those who disobey him. What happens to you either way is a chocie you made for your self. God did not do it to you. If you ended up in hell, then it was becasuse you made that choice and you condemned yourself.

The only way to escape hell and the grips of satan is through accepting Jesus as your savior and repent of your sins.

John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

this concept is mindless Lisa, as a results of fact yet another team of persons must be praying and inquiring for a thoroughly contradictory impact. it relatively is like whilst the two components pray for victory at a soccer interest. How is "god" meant to settle that?

YES I HAVE FREE WILL, I CHOOSE TO BE A GOOD PERSON BECAUSE I WANT TO BE. I BELIEVE IN GOD, BUT EVEN IF I DIDN'T I'D STILL CHOOSE TO BE A GOOD PERSON.
