It is ok, if it's ok with the bride ~ it's her day.

As a bride-to-be and a bride's maid in two weddings coming up I totally understand this question. It is totally up to the bride. Find out if all of you will be getting your hair done together or if the bride just wants you to do your own thing. I had a friend once that picked out each of our hairstyles (brides can be a bit picky sometimes). Just ask the bride that way you know no one's feelings will get hurt. More than likely she will not care what your hair looks like on the day of the wedding because she will have 10 million other things to worry about.

Sure, why not?

If wearing your hair down suits you, then go ahead. If the bride objects because she wants it up to match the other bridesmaids, then tie it up for the ceremony, then take it down once dinner starts.

It is enough that you have to wear tacky matching dresses in colors that don't suit all bridesmaids' skin tones, so why can't you wear your hair the way you want, right? At the end of the day, you wanna be happy with the way you look, and not resent the wedding for your hideous look.

Yeah, sure. Unless there's some rule at the wedding you're going to that says you can't wear it down. Or if the bride doesn't want you to.

I was the "Best WO-man" yes my best friend is a guy, in a wedding last month, and the bridesmaids and myself all wore our hair down because the bride & groom requested it.

However, we did all put part of our hair up in rhinestone pins, etc. and had long loose curls, so that it looked more formal.

I would ask the bride what she prefers. After all, it is her wedding. Then, go to your hairstylist and tell her what kind of "Do" you need.

Hope this helps!

i think of your being incredibly ridiculous sure it is your day sure you need to have issues the way you go with yet I propose cmon its how her hair seems absolutely everyone seems to be there to work out you.You asked your maid of honor to stand up and assist you why make her unhappy or depressing I propose you go with good photos real ?What i'm asserting is interior the grand scheme of issues her hair does not remember it relatively isn't any must be insecure approximately. additionally except you intend on paying for her hair you incredibly have not got any say by way of fact it relatively is costly to be in a marriage and he or she has made a reasonably great sacrifice to assist you so which you could admire that.

I think it depends on the size of the wedding. If it's a small wedding, then it probably would be okay to wear ur hair down, but it it's a bigger and more formal wedding, then u should probably wear it up.

sure I don't see why not. The only thing you don't want to do is upstage the bride. So wear it how you feel.
