No, scientist haven't found still the size of the Universe, so they don't know were the centre is.
The Earth move around the Sun, and in his one axis.
The sun move in his own axis also, but because his mass is very heavy and big, the planets move around the sun...
The Sun doesn't move around the Earth either.

For all practical purposes, their is no reason NOT to conclude the where I am, my exact spot, is the center of the universe. When I move, the center moves.
If you where to say the same thing, I can conclude "The universe is a big thing, you are pretty close to being right." and go on with it.

It works for me.

Yes, Earth is the center of creation & the center of he universe. The stars and their galaxies give off a red light shift away from their natural color because they are all moving away from the Earth. So no matter which direction a telescope looks in the sky, it reveals that the stars & galaxies are all moving away from us.

You know that even entire galexies are NOT stationary including this one they are constantly moving. The cosmos is far too big for anyone feebleminded to assume they know exactly where the center of the universe is.
