There is corruption everywhere and who can say who is the most corrupt. I know the USA is real corrupt and people think there free but there is no freedom in the world there are rulers who push there beliefs and wants on there people. They make decisions on peoples life's all around the world and say it is for our good. I feel no one has the right to say what is right or wrong and to push there beliefs on another country. If you have never walked in there shoes or stayed there to understand there beliefs or customs how can you judge?? There is a lack of respect and understanding everywhere in the world and judgmental leaders and rulers. If people everywhere looked closer there are things that we all share and relate to.

Iraq - after the war I guess. Pakistan in the catagory of a terrorist state is currupt, u get anything from girl to weapons. And in the civilized world, it has to be USA.

Also India used to be called as the most corrupt, but due to the too extensive media penetration, it is coming down now- though it will take time but Bihar is one state here which is a country of its own where bandits and decoits are the politicians.

That's like a trick question because it depends on what standard you are talking about. I've been to several countries and what would be considered corrupt in America is common practice there. Now I'm in Asia and i see corruption but when i ask people about it they act like its nothing here. Like i said it depends on the country your in what is acceptable there may not be some were else. Which one is better i don't know.

I Know what you want to prove by asking this question
You want to prove the government is corrupted

But you know,
the whole world is corrupted and you and I are the reason for that and the place where you and I live is the most corrupt country in the world because Nobody knows his/her country better then anybody so the country he/she lives in will certainly be the most corrupt country for him/her

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. So any government that gives absolute power to one person has the potential for being the most corrupt. Needless to say, this changes over time.

My first instinct was to name Somalia, but I think it can be argued that there is no legitimate government there at all, so can a country without a government be corrupt?

By reputation then, I would have to say Kenya, which is very sad.

I have it on good authority that it is Romania.

Basically anything you want to do that you would need to get a liscence for or checked by the city in the US would also require paying off the apropriate official(s) in Romania.
