Yes, you can. In fact all vegetables are raw eatable. As for cauliflower, however, make sure it is thoroughly washed, preferably with a PP solution, as the structure of this vegetable allows unseen germs or insects to stay hidden inside. Keep up your good eating habits, sgregory1522, and keep fit!

Steamed cauliflower with pepper salt raw onion and some other condiments of your choice tastes very good. You can also eat it raw.

i like crunchy bracoli and cauliflower, raw is Best for you, you get all the vitamins and minerals without damaging them in the cooking process!

you can eat every vegetable raw ( it's a matter of taste) but make sure it's freash and clean before you do so you don't get sick.

OF COURSE you can eat it raw....i personally think it tastes better than cooked........it also tastes GREAT with mayonaise and cashew nuts
