Go Dancing!! My daughter lost 4 stones.... and shes kept it off. A little bit of self-pride and lots of admiration once the weight starts to come off seems to help. Good Luck. Im sure you are very attractive anyway, so stay cool and enjoy life!

Buy a very-very-very-very expensive, mega posh, extremely designer, only millionaires could afford dress that is about the size you want to be. I think all that money you spent on it with the view of being able to wear it one day is enough motivation!!!

1 dont become a journalist
2. think about having childeren, and watching them run and play outside, woulndt it be nicer to be able to run and play with them
3 think about having to pay for 2 seats on a plane
4. food bills go down, buy more shoes
5, giving birth with a well toned body is easier
6sex is more plesurable for a toned girl
7 less abuse from stupid ppl

go to a slimming club it makes you stick to it cos you have to pay!
take photos of ya self and stick them on all the bad foods so everytime you wanna have a bad treat you will see ya photo and put u off
