As soon as somebody spots the question, you get the answer. Oh, well, the question also has to be something which will interest others and prompt them to answer it, otherwise the answers list will be stark empty! I myself have given answers to some questions which would otherwise have got no answer at all and until the end, I remained the only answerer and so, naturally got the best answer reward. No competition, anyway!
