I've been with my boyfriend for 5yrs & 2yrs of it was a long distance reletionship. Recently I found out that he is going out with a girl 3 years older than him for 2 months & he denied it when I asked him about it, untill I could prove him I knew what is going on. He has never acted like this before. He says he don't know what happened to him & he'll prove me he love me if I give him one more chance. Can I trust him? Will once a lier always be a lier or does some guys really change? I don't know what to do?

There may be a few exceptions to guys that do this- but I have always thought that if they did it once they would do it again... I would never forgive someone who was unfaithful. It will hurt to let him go... but you deserve someone who will be faithful to you. Infidelity is one of the hardest things to overcome- if in the future you cant find him and don't know where he is, cant get a hold of him.... what will be running through your mind? Sorry honey, but the trust will never be there again.

It's not so much of him being 'once a liar, always a liar'. It's got to do with the fact that your bf will continue to cheat/lie as long as you give in to him. You need to put your foot down and remind him that you aren't gonna let him have things his way....and if he wishes to have things his way, you're gonna leave him.

it is highly impossible for guys not to cheat, but the fact that he is in denial it means he still love and care for u,u can give him a second chance that's if you still love him and not forgetting that in a relationship you can love a person but leave a room for disappointment in your heart on that you can go a long way.good luck girl

All I needed to read was the question and I have your answer (rest assured though, that I did read your details after). If someone cheats on you once it's their fault, if twice, then it's your fault too.

I wouldn't trust him. Think about it. He knew you lived far away and he took that as an ADVANTAGE OVER YOU. I would find myself someone new. Good Luck with that!

Once a cheater, always a cheater. It's the truth because he knows if you let him get away with it once, you'll let him do it again, and he WILL do it again.
