Doesn't sound normal to me. If you're coughing and have fever off and on, it might be TB. Go to a clinic.

well its not normal for anybody living in any part of world to have regular fever. since it is Bangladesh , it can be TB.or malaria, some viral infection. u can be sure by getting your self examined by qualified physician. and take chest xray done, some routine blood tests. good luck

YES .... YOU MAY ALSO GET AN OCCASSIONAL DROUGHT & THEN A BOUT OF FLOODS AS WELL.............
