this girl i know has these nasty red spotsunder her chin it looks like an allergic reaction but we aren't quite sure if it is.
She has more then 30 spots there
what is it???

it's probably just some sort of allergic reaction, it's very common to get them under your chin..

Maybe it's a rash or an irritation of some sort. Try cleansing it with soap and water; and apply an ointment.
