learned this trick form a 90 year old alchy. when you wake up fix your self a nice big glass of spicy v8 add a teaspoon of pepper and chug. in about a half to an hour you'll feel much better. it has to do with all the minerals that drinking strips from your body, this puts them back. oh the headache is usually caused by dehydration so before you go to bed when you get tanked drink a big glass of water. and also try to stick to clearer drinks cause the darker the drink the worse the hang over, oh also i went to school to be a bartender so they teach you about the effects of the different liquors. clear is less congiogers or how ever you spell it. but that's the thing that give the liquor its characteristics. darker more , clearer less

Take a quick shot of vodka or something like that, sounds odd I know but one day I woke up after a large night out well done in, so I took a quick slurp. This put me back on my feet and got me through the mornings work.

The fastest hangover cure is a glass of milk and a tablespoon of spicy mustard. Your hangover will be gone in minutes.

I figured this out from experience... after a night a drinking, don't just go to sleep all drunk and stuff, you need to eat one last meal. personally, I eat a combo from Taco Bell (4th meal). make sure to drink a lot of water or sierra mist too. if you do that before you go to sleep, you should wake up feeling pretty damn good... when you wake up, keep drinking water.

A greta big fried breakfast always helps. And lots of water. In the UK you can buy this stuff called "resolve" which helps as well.

Lots of vitamin c (ie orange juice, vitamin supplements, ect.) and a couple Advil usually works. Supposively a few more shots "hair of the dog that bit you" works too

My first suggestion try not getting so drunk. And for help, drink water on your way there and try a quick lap or two ( after drinking the water ) so that the booze will be sweated out. Try not to drink!
