alcohol interferes with concentration and the ability to make good judgement... in the case of driving this might involve making false judgements about distances etc..

smoking does not alter concentration or judgement..

The point of drinking and driving is to get from point A to point B. Much the same as driving sober. Since smoking does not have the same neurochemical effects as drinking and you did not clarify how one is to fly, it's quite difficult to answer the second part of your question.

Either way you would be breaking the Law... i'm not a prude/ party pooper/snob!

But i feel if you drink and drive you are knowingly commiting a crime, this goes for the weed too... you are knowingly controling a lethal weapon, and should be charged accordingly if caught.... you should also get a lifetime ban if you kill someone... i.e. a child.

Also a lengthy prison sentence...

the Army would not let you control a missle system under the influence... so what makes drivers think they are above the law!
If you are in a pub, knowingly drinking before driving! then if i was a law lord and you had killed a child drinking and driving... i would charge you with Murder, conspiracy to murder, as well as throwing the book at you with driving offences... if you ever got out of prison... you would certainly never drive again!

remember, one day it could be your own child you kill during a drink drug fuel sortie down your street in your XR3i!

You should reap what happens...

Peace!

I think drinking, smoking and drugs should be banned.
I think i should ask a question to all the countries--why don't they ban them?
To your answer, there is NO point in drinking and smoking.

Drinking and driving is just selfish and tight fisted.

Smoking - well that depends on how stoned you are, when you had your last joint and how long the journey is.
