Just call the agency. You paid them for the service, don't you?

Talk to her about what you like about what she does around the house.

Then, talk to her about what you don't like, which brings you to the talk of firing her. If she comments, give her another chance, like a week. If she impresses you, get her again, although make a deal she'd do that for the rest of the years to come. But if she fails your "test", then you're going to have to fire her, fair and square.

Your services are no longer needed and do it about 10 miutes before her shift is over, that way you got a whole days worth of work out of her.

What do you mean by fire ?

What exactly you want to do with her ?

If you really want to get rid of her there are hundred pretexts.

Thank her for everything she has done for you and your family.... and tell her you don't need her help anymore (nicely) maybe you could refer her to a friend or another family you know that is looking for one.

I think the best way is always the polite one. Thank her for her work, tell her you made other arrangements and that's it.

you dont... just ask her to pack but dont forget to firget her services for you.

she's dealing with domestic issues, no time for her to be with the family after the firing.

since you've decided, do it " heartlessly" but with compassion!.

Tell her outright and sensitively. Don't be sneaky or evasive about it. Don't talk down either.
