"Obviously" why "Obviously". Did it ever occur to you that maybe some people have "obvious" reasons they can't ignore for believing in God? If you were so intelligent you would back up a statement like that with reason. I have gone to University and studies philosophy and history and theology and all that good stuff so I know that making a statement like you just made gives you no credence. What do you think that you would say that and all the Jews and Christians and Muslims would go, "oh your right. How stupid were we?" Thanks so much for telling us that God is "obviously" not real". You are obviously a brain donor.

What a sad life! I feel sorry for those who do not know the love of God nor believe in his existence. Do u feel lost and alone in this world? If u do it is because u r missing Jesus Christ in your life. I will pray for u that u come to the light, and see indeed he does exist and even though u deny him, he still loves u. I have had to deal with many sad and devasting things in life, but the Lord got me through everything, and when I am down I ask him to lift me up. He does! God is good! I know in this day and age it sometimes seems like hes not around but he is. God doesnt make bad things happen, Satan does. Dont be mad at God be mad at the devil. He wants u to go to hell, and is telling u God doesnt exist. Do not listen nor give in to him.

I don't use the word God - I replace it with my own definition. It's something like "nature" or "creative energy" or even "the force".
This does not clash with scientific thought.
I don't believe in an old man with a white beard sitting on a cloud.
I think your question shows you need to read a bit more.

Why do athiests insist on forcing their beliefs down everyone else's throats like the christians do? You're just as bad, and just as rude. Maybe you're just as deranged, huh? In need of attention? Need to feel superior? No wonder you are always at each others throats - you have too much in common.

In this universe there are lot of unsolved puzzels for which there is no logical answer. God is nothing but a power that is beyond our present capacity to understand and it is the one which moves the universe. May be we will become intelligent enough in futer to ubderstand that power.
