Yes, your body heals more quickly when you are younger.
However, I guarantee you that birth is not less painful when you are younger.
I've had 3 births between age 23 and 29, and they did not get any better with age.
The best time to get pregnant is when you have time and money to take care of your kids. In terms of fertility, the ideal time is before age 28, as your fertility is highest then.

I was 23, 27 and 29 when I gave birth to my children. The only one that didn't just about kill me from the pain was the one in the middle. But she was my smallest. My two boys were 11#11oz and 10#1 oz. My middle girl was 7#10oz.
Your pain threshold depends on a lot of things. If your husband is there supporting you, it goes a little easier. If your nurse is competent and caring, you feel less pain.
It hurts badly no matter what age you are. And my healing went quickly all three times.

The pain, with good medical care, only lasts a short while. Maybe there'd be a sore spot from a ceasarian, but that only lasts days. What you should worry about is long-term complications from the dangers of childbirth, which could include death of the mother.
It's not just the physical; children of older moms may have genetic complications like Down's Syndrome and younger, naive moms are more careless nutritionally and physically (even unintentinally) and have premature babies and kids with other developmental and emotional problems.
Having a child in this world is more serious than asking questions on this website. It is at least 18 years of worry: fighting for your child's rights in school, in society, worrying about the draft, drowning in the pool, allergic reactions to bug bites, crossing the street, lice, riding in a car, getting on an airplane, standing in a mall, walking home alone, bullies, medical emergencies-- no one reading this website should take this stuff lightly.

that is absolutely true actually it is best to have your baby anytime b4 35. but it doesn't matter about the pain you are still going to have it the difference between having a baby old or young is that your body reacts to it better be young and you bounce back after birth a lot quicker then if you were older but i would say the best ages are between 21 and 28
