I haven't been eating for about 3 days almost. I am really hungry. So if I all of a sudden eat 1010 caleries in less than 10 minutes, will that cause me to gain weight quickly?

I really don't think you will gain a recognizable amount of weight. The bad thing about starving yourself is that your metabolism will slow way down! After only three days chances are most of the weight you lost (if you lost any) was water weight, which will come back fast once you start eating again. I used to go up and down in my weight because I would stop eating like that and now that I'm not thinking about it as much and eating normal and healthy I have been able to maintain a weight I'm happy with. Consistancy is key to keeping your weight in check! Eat small portions all throughout the day around 300 calories and you wont get hungry and you shouldn't have to worry about gaining weight.

I assume you are so young, so I will simplify it as possible
Your body cells store food -that’s fat to give your body the required energy when you don‘t feed it enough. Following your way of starvation just click the cell to be more careful how it’s consuming this fat, the cell will expect that you are going to starve it again and again so it rations the amount of energy released-burns less fat thus the fat will be more stubborn to go away specially in some well built areas
I was born chubby it’s in my genes but not anymore, in fact I sometimes feel I need few extra pounds…don’t bother calorie counting or food listing, it’s boring and unpractical in the long run. Just be canon and trick your cells that food is plenty. eat less than what you normally eat, put something in your stomach every three hours- a bite of an apple will do. And to burn the fat that is already there… walk, walk as much as you can. Ten minute of a regular light exercise a day for a month will burn fat more than starving all that time
Good luck

Starving yourself then binging is not the answer! You are just sabotaging yourself and your diet. Actually what will happen is if you continue to do this you can make your metabolism unstable and you will NEVER lose the weight! The body will not lose weight when it's in starvation mode. The best way to do it is with low/no fat foods and keep it under 1500 calories a day. I'm a recovering bulemic, believe me I know! I now have hypothyroidism from yo-yo dieting and I can't lose weight no matter how hard I try!! Please do it sensibly.

Probably not. It's more likely to make you throw up. If you want to gain weight, eat more carbohydrates - just a little more with each meal.

You need to eat, you don't loose weight by not eating, it just makes you ill and gives you spots, if you eat now it'll probably make you feel better. You need 3 balanced meals a day. :D
