According to the "Just for men" hair dye advert, their product uses "X-grey science" since I have never seen this on any womens hair dye I can only assume it is this that makes it develop quicker.
P.S does anyone know what X-grey science is????

compairing the thickness, lengthiness most women have longer hair compared to men and of course more thicker and when its more thicker it takes a longer time to dye it every sides of the hair and when it is longer it will take a longer time that is 35 min whereas for men its shorter that's why it takes for them a lesser time compared to women that's 5 min. For some men the hair might be thick but it is still short that why it takes lesser time for them(men).

while you're pertaining to classic container colour, the reason being as a results of fact "only for adult males" is produced from steel dyes. they seem to be a various form of dye. no longer super the two. while you're pertaining to professional hair colour, there are dyes that are purely made to camouflage the grey, no longer conceal it thoroughly. maximum of it purely boils right down to merchandising and marketing and adult males do no longer desire the worry of 30-40 5 minutes.

Women usually have longer hair and usually aren't as bald. Men lose their hair and having short cropped hair so it doesn't take them as long to dye it.

As a man I might spend 5 mins doing it. NOT 35 mins.

My wife will spend 40 mins dying hair and resent 5 mins "having a coffee" -- go figure.

Something to do with dinosaurs and caves I think.

Because men's hair is usually shorter I guess. And since the majority of women have more hair than men there's more ground to cover, or hair to cover....

women generally have more hair and it's thicker than men's. it also depends on the strength of the dye and what colour you are changing to eg blond to brown is quicker than brown to blond as blonde is a light colour and is easiest to turn another colour.

coz women normally have more longer hair and its thicker. It also depends on what colour you are dying your hair. If you weredying it light blonde from a black rather than blonde to light brown it would need longer for the chemicals to do their job.

all very good tries on the answers.
the real reason is this:
men BLEND the grey (men's color is made to blend)
women COVER grey.
men's o.t.c. color is a metalic base and also has an ash color. by the time it grows out it gets cut out so there will be less damage to the hair.
