green peppers, onion, maybe a can of diced tomatoes...some even have garlic and chilis and basil...some Adobo seasoning is good on anything...fresh broccoli and some chicken broth/stock light topping of cheese, low fat, or whatever.

1 bulb ginger (pounded), 1 bunch pandan leaves (cut into small pieces), 1 bulb garlic, put everything into a pot of boiling water (enough water to cover chicken later). Put 1.5kg chicken into boiling water and cook for 14 minutes, remove from heat and set aside for 3 hours without removing chicken from pot. Chicken sauce use 1/2 cup of stock from pot, add 1/2 cup light soya sauce, 2 tablespoon sesame seed oil, garnish with coriander and spring onions. Using rice cooker, cook 2 cups rice with the 3 cups stock (from the pot) add a few slices of ginger and 1 bunch pandan leaves (cut into small pieces) and add a few drops of sesame seed oil for extra favour.

but on the chicken part, some say after the chicken is cooked, while it is still hot, dip it in cold water, then dip it back into the broth, then dip it cold again, it will taste better
