Ok, I asked this once already and I think I got a lot of answers that went along the lines of “my favorite beer is”. Anyhow, I’m an abed beer drinker and I also like to keep physically fit. I know it’s not the best combo but its life :)

Anyhow, what would be the best “Healthy” beer I can drink that won’t go straight to my gut? In the first question I asked people said green beers like rolling rock, and I have always heard to stick with beers like Michelob Ultra, or Aspen Edge, any feedback?

beer is extremely healthy pint of beer may help protect against heart disease more effectively than red wine or spirits, researchers have found.
While the health benefits of red wine have long been touted by scientists, a letter in medical journal The Lancet suggests that the odd pint may also be a good idea.

Beer contains vitamin B6 which prevents the build up in the body of a chemical called homocysteine - thought to be linked to an increase in the risk of heart disease.

Ain't nothin' wrong with drinking beer. (But, at least drink something decent- NO Michelob, Chrirst!) Stick with stuff you enjoy and tastes good to you. As with all food products in the US, there is a nutritional info on the packaging. Like with all foods, take into account the calories, carbs, etc. and how they factor into your dietary intake. It's like eating donuts. One's okay, but eating the entire box isn't going to do your body any favors.
