I think they would try to treat them the same. Problem is how does a female rape a male. I mean you can't. If he is being forced and he really doesn't want to he can't get aroused. If he has no erection than she can't use it. At best she could molest him. I suppose she could rape him analy with a strap on. Then we have the issue of how does she overpower him. Basically a female can't rape a male.

She can still commit statutory rape but rarely does a male wish to file a complaint on a woman that does this. Again there need to be coersion and there generally isn't. For child molestation I believe they would be treated the same. It rarely comes up. I have heard cases of woman allowing their children to be molested but not of molesting themselves and they still went to jail.

For any number of reasons most rape cases where a man is the victim are rare, or at least rarely reported.
In a case of rape where a male is the victim odds are far greater it would be committed by another male or males than by a women,
Although factually, I'm sure violent rape of adult males by women exsists, I reasonably feel it's rare, or at least is rarely reported.
The victims, being adult males, would probably be to embarressed to report it.
The much more common case, I would think, of the sexual abuse or rape, being committed by a women would be with children.
They're much easier targets and the victims, most often a family member, are merely, by simply being children, are confused by the act and it's far less likely to be reported at all.
Which brings us to cases of rape that would most likely to be reported.
They're generally cases of teenaged boys involved with women of legal age.
Some what questioning is that there doesn't seem to be any celebrated cases of rape brought against an older women by teenaged girls.
Not unlike the few, more recent, very poorly handled, cases so sensationalized by the news media's hayday coverage that has managed following the cases for the last couple of years.
And these were cases of women, without a willing victims complaint, having been technecally convicted and sentenced as though a severly violent crime where committed.
(In what was, as just about every-man knows, not much more than bragging rights for the victim)
When, actually it was an older women's being involved in consensual but what should have normally be considered statutory rape of a more than willing teenaged adolescent.
Are they treated the same as men?
Hard to say, for the women in those cases, anyway, they certainly were treated a lot worse than most of the priests that were accused of the abuse of boys in their care while preaching the word of God.
It, like most of what's called justice, as we are well aware of, can easily be manipulated.
Resulting all to often to become what ever politics and the ambitous offercers of our legal system choose to make it.
Hope this helped.

There are many women rapist, I dont know why they are not show up that much on the news. Probably because the men are more shocking on what the men sometimes like, like boys and girls, and during adult-to-adult cases, somtimes, because men are normly stronger will really rough them up some bit. The women maybe because the normal strength, and ummm... genitalia may cause the non-knowlegde.

Man needs to be ready to be raped (getting me).

As far I have heard is that the rape is Sex without the Consent of 1 of the 2 involved. This is harrassing the other 1.

But the female needs to please the man for having sex with her & Sex giving Pleasure is not called the rape.

You need to Cheque with legal Deptt..,
