mix some baking soda everytime you wash your teeth with the toothpaste. works wonders and it also kills more germs than tootpaste alone. is very good for those who suffer from gengivitis

i recomend getting your dentist to do it for you... hey know how to do it properly, and so many things can go wrong with crest whitening gels and stuff like that

Get Crest Vivid White.....just don't completely rinse it out of your mouth at night. It works wonders...

i use "crest white strips" they work so well! and you only have to do it once a year and it only takes a week!that and no staining drinks and no smoking and stuff
