its not really clear what pile design you are looking for are you looking for the structural design of concrete piles or tubular piles? concrete piles are simple column driven to the ground until it reaches the bed rock they usually .40mx.40m square and with varying length tubular piles are of .45m in diameter reinforced steel bars is place inside the tubular pile and concrete is then poured into the pile both piles are coated with ashpalt for protection againts water splicing of concrete piles is by a special mixture of fine sand a epoxy like material and for the tubular by welding tubular piles are friction piles they are not necessarily designed to reach the bed rock

I would suggest looking for books at any technical book store or maybe from ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) or some trade group like that.
