Well, Cillit Bang famously cleans coins, as does Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola famously errodes teeth overnight and used to contain cocaine. So by my logic, you'd be better off rubbing cocaine into your teeth and gums. It might not clean your teeth but at least you'll be able to talk about how great you are for the next hour.
