As a former bulimic STOP BINGING!!!!! You probably tend to do it at night, when you go out or when your alone! STOP!!! Get away from the all you can eat buffets, start going to bed earlier and getting a good nights sleep and take up a hobby! Now to the weight loss:
First you need to cut down to 1000 calories a day, no sugar or breads, eat only 20 carbs a day with lots of protein. Cut out all dairy, cheeses, high fats and sugars/sweets. Drink nothing but water, no soda, juices, dairy or sweet teas (sugar drinks). That is all bad for you.
You need to do a cardio workout everyday for at least 45 minutes and do strength or circuit training for 30 minutes a day (stagger body parts every other day) such as upper body on Monday, lower body on Tuesday, upper body on Wednesday... etc. If you follow this strict regiment then you will lose the weight. If your having difficulty add a laxative to the diet so that you can get rid of some of that harmful water weight just remember if you use a laxative keep drinking water water water!
I hope this helps if you follow it though you'll lose the weight quickly.

I'm not sure how you can lose the weight, but here are some of the ways I finally stopped binge-ing... Maybe they will help you to not binge again?
When you feel an eating binge coming on, try to get out of the room where the food is and try to get your mind on another thing. Try playing a word or numbers game - like Soduko. [They have tons of free Sudoko games online and they are addictive!]. You could also try watching a movie that you KNOW will keep your mind involved [this can be hard] or calling up a friend and chatting or even going out.
You can also drink a LARGE cup of ice water. This will fill your stomach up and try and help your body remember that it is not hungry.
If you are very, very disciplined, when you feel a binge coming on, try to have just a tiny, tiny bit of whatever it is you really want. For instance, if you want to eat an entire package of Oreos eat JUST ONE. Denying the urges can sometimes make the desire to binge happen more frequently, but it can also be very hard to stop eating once you have started.
Also, if you only eat half the pack of oreos or half the bag of chips - or even just a few of them! - but now the open box is taunting you [I don't know if this happens to you, but it used to always happen to me!], THROW THE REST OF THEM OUT. It sounds wastful, and it is, but better the trash get it then you, right? Also, if you have chips or cookies or other binge foods in your house unopened, make sure they stay that way. If you feel like binging on them, just think - do I REALLY want to open that whole new container?
Above all else, do NOT get down on yourself when this happens. Making yourself feel depressed or otherwise low can actually make you want to eat more. Remind yourself that you are a very important person and you do not need this food. If you feel like you don't care, remind yourself how special and unique you are. It sounds corny, but it can really help.
I really hope at least some of this helped. Good luck!

It's possible, but not healthy. First, look into therapy to get to the causes of your binging. Then, begin substituting healthy things when you feel like binging--buying a magazine, taking a walk around the neighborhood, calling a friend.
Binge eating is an eating disorder, and it can kill you. (With large amounts of food, the stomach can rupture and the esophagus can be abraded.) Get help now. Best of luck to you.

There's a slim chance it's possible but it's not healthy and very dangerous. Fasting + exercise would be the fastest way but oh-so dangerous. Above all you could risk heart failure like that model Luisel Ramos who died recently.
It also depends on your original weight. If 3kg was a higher proportion of your current body weight, it would be a less likeley chance compared to if let's say IF your current weight was a lot more and 3kg was proportionately less of your body weight.

Hi
This simple plan really helped me with loss of weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Drink lots of water or flavored and sweetened water without carbonation before eating anything, which u think is part of a binge. This will fill up ur stomach before u start binging.

it is possible, just not recommended, or healthy. sadly there is no "overnight solution". the best way does not have to include strict, torturous guidelines - but simply healthy (and consistant ) moderation in all you do - diet, excercise, activity, and proper rest. also - stay away from "miracle cure" books
1. those who cant always do - write books
2. the long term approach will show results that can last - as well as overcome the binging
ask your physician to recommend an approach/program - next to you, only he/she knows your body better, and your health is his/her concern too.

ok don't go too long w/o a meal. Snack throughout the day and don't eat too much in one setting. When I say snack I mean like a fat free yogurt or a sugar free pudding or a piece of fruit. We tend to overeat when we are too hungry at meals.
